Govt excludes Sovcomflot, Rosspirtprom from privatization plans

MOSCOW, Nov 10 (PRIME) -- The Russian government has excluded shipping company Sovcomflot, alcohol producer Rosspirtprom and VTB Bank from the 2020–2022 privatization plan, as seen by PRIME in a ruling released on the state portal for legal information on Wednesday.

“In the forecast privatization plan of the federal property… for 2020–2022… to replace ‘Sovcomflot (up to 75% plus one share), Rosspirtprom (up to 75% plus one share), VTB Bank (up to 50% plus one share), Kizlyar Brandy Factory (up to 50% plus one share)’ with ‘VTB Bank (up to 50% plus one share)’,” the document read.
